We want you to love your signature scent from SweetMist. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility for Returns

• Your item must be unused, un-sprayed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to initiate a return

Please contact our support team via our Contact Us page or WhatsApp us. Give us your order number, and we'll provide further instructions on where to send your package.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
